MapInfo Professional
MapInfo Professional is a widely usable and user-friendly GIS. It can easily read, link and reproduce your own data on a map. The package is used in both the private and public sectors.
Functionality
MapInfo Professional works with very detailed maps in both vector and raster format. By mapping data, patterns and trends become visible that would otherwise remain invisible. It clearly answers the questions ‘where?’ and ‘where not?’. This knowledge is crucial and the results can be used in presentations, text documents and in support of important decisions. MapInfo Professional works well in combination with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Using MapInfo Professional, you can analyse, select and present your data. With all these data, you can then take better decisions to carry out your marketing strategy in a more focused manner and therefore more efficiently and more effectively.
Current version
MapInfo Professional version 11.0 has new functionality as compared to the previous version, version 10.5.
